BARREL: 6 months in French oak barrels.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 13% Vol.
TASTING: Ruby colour, with aromas of red fruits, vanilla and caramel. On the palate it is silky and persistent, with an excellent balance between acidity and tannins.
PAIRING: The balance between fruit and a bit of barrel make it a perfect wine for cocktails or snacks.
