VARIETY: Muscat of Alexandria.
TYPE OF WINE: Sparkling white wine.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 7.5% Vol.
TASTING: Golden, clean and  bright colour, with a very fine needle, due to fermentation at 16ºC in special tanks that allow the CO2 produced to dissolve naturally, preserving the aromas of the wine and a sweetness in the very balanced maceration. It is an extremely aromatic wine with elegant notes of orange blossom and jasmine.
